Long live the Queen

So it was Queen Elisabeth's Birthday week ago and today when I was going to buy something to eat for lunch, there was parade. I asked one lady and she said it's the " Jubilee & City " celebration parade. 
It was actually pretty cool that in UK, we got 2 days off from work, just because Queen has a birthday. :))  Even in a radio on the way to work I heard when radio dude was saying " Cheers Queen for giving us whole week off, no one is going to work this week, everyone are going to take that 3 days off as well" 


Funny? Innit? :D Interesting week indeed. My weekend was alright, I went out in NorthernQuorter with my friend Anna and her hungarian and english friend. Had a nice night out, even though sometimes I feel like I'm getting old already with this partying thing... or do I.. nahh! :D  Anyways, my camera is broken, well it was quite old but now I'm depending on my phone camera which is S&%&%. But started to look another camera's now..... if anyone knows some good feel free to give advise. 

Last 6 months....

Last 6 months starts soon in Manchester. I have decided long time ago that it's time to save some money and move on, take my stuff back to Finland and go from there. In my plans, I have had many places to go, but it looks like it will be one of the following countries: US, CA, AU, NZ 
I've been here  over 2 years then my plans are getting more clear every day... when you are sitting in the car/train to work for an hour and its June and +7 degrees. This is not summer, this is not what I want. I have been more sick in this country than in Finland or anywhere else. Let's say, I just had enough :) 
There is so many good memories as well in Manchester, got couple good friends who I can keep touch and good memories. Anyways, last 6 months should be fun, because I'm moving in with my friend Anna and she has also plans after 6 months - move on to some other place. So it's perfect. 


PS. I'm just starting now to write in English as well. ( Sorry about my bad grammar though).

Liverpool night out

Terve taas, joo tosiaan ajateltiin nyt kun on 4 päivän vapaat putkeen niin lähdetään katteleen millasta on Liverpoolissa night life. Poikkiksen suomalaisella kaverilla voitiin majottua ja meitä oli liikenteessä sitten illan mittaan, 2 suomalaista, italialinen, espanjalainen, kanadalainen, australialainen ja englantilainen eli aikamoinen international group taas liikenteessä. Mutta oli kyllä hauskaa, tosiaan poikakaverini tutustui työpaikallaan suomalaiseen Miikkaan ja ovat nyt best buddyja. Mikä on todella hauska sattuma! 
Liverpoolissa tosiaan satoi sen koko yön ja kenkäni olivat ihan märät loppuillassa, hukkasin siinä kukkaroni joka sisälti 15 puntaa, mutta ei onneksi kortteja tai muuta sen verran tärkeää.  Niin ja joku pässi kaatoi mun juoman ja käskin sen antaan mulle 5 puntaa. Et sillee siinä Subwayn kautta 5 maissa aamulla mentiin Miikan luo nukkumaan ja heräiltiin sitten 9aikaan ja suunnattiin juna-asemalle ja kohti kotia Manchesterissa. 


Hello again, so we decided now when we had 4 days off from work, we are going to Liverpool to check how's the night life there. My boyfriend has a finnish friend who he met at work and is now best buddies with. So we stayed at Miikka's place and we had a very international bunch of people with us as, 2 finnish, italian, spanish, canadian, australian, english..


It was bloody raining whole night and my shoes got wet and I lost my purse where I kept my 15 pounds but thankgodd it wasn't my other purse where I keep my cards. It wouldn't be nice to go to Finnish Embassy in London again to get  the new driving license or ID :)  Some girl spilled my drink and I asked her to give me 5 quid as I was already in bad mood from loosing my purse and it worked. :D End of the night we decided to go around 5am back to Miikka's house. We woke up around 9 am and decided to head back home to Manchester.
